SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES
Support to live on your own terms.
For adults who need ongoing support to live in their own home, our Supported Living Services bring the Champion approach into daily life — teaching and supporting, never taking over.
WHAT WE SUPPORT
The parts of daily life that make a home work.
Support is shaped around the individual's goals and the level of help they actually need — and it changes as their independence grows.
Managing a household
Cleaning, laundry, organizing, and the routines that keep a home running.
Money & bills
Budgeting, paying rent and bills on time, and making spending decisions with confidence.
Meals & nutrition
Planning, shopping for, and cooking meals — building toward doing it solo.
Community & transportation
Getting around independently, running errands, and staying connected to friends and activities.
Health routines & appointments
Scheduling and attending appointments, managing medications, and keeping healthy habits.
Safety & self-advocacy
Knowing what to do when something goes wrong, and speaking up for what you need.
COACHING VS. SUPPORTED LIVING
Same approach. Different setting.
THE CHAMPION PROGRAM
Building skills toward independence
Goal-focused, one-on-one coaching for teens and young adults — often while still living with family. Sessions happen wherever each skill is used. Hours scale with goals.
SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES
Ongoing support in your own home
For adults living (or preparing to live) in their own place who need consistent, ongoing support with daily life. Same teach-don't-do philosophy, woven into everyday routines.
Who it's for
Adults with developmental differences who want to live in their own home and need ongoing support to do it well — whether that's a few check-ins a week or daily support.
How it's funded
Supported Living Services are typically funded through a Self-Determination Program budget in coordination with Westside Regional Center. We'll help you understand what's available.
How to start
It begins with a free consultation. We'll talk about the individual's living situation, goals, and what a good week at home would look like.
